Daily Video Recap (5/6): US Equities Melt Down, Yen Longs Covered in Huge Moves
Risk dominated the NY session, especially from about noon on as markets capitulating to the financial troubles swamping Greece and the Euro-zone. The market has lost faith in EU leaders ability to prevent a debt meltdown in Greece from spreading to other countries. Yen crosses saw the largest moves as carry trade positions were liquidated.
